During the initial testing and integration phase, Spreetail will not offer an interactive developer portal. Instead, we will provide client credentials upon request. To obtain credentials for their tenant, clients can simply reach out to us, and we will supply them with a unique client ID and client secret.

This process is straightforward: the client will send an email to <API-Support@spreetail.com> requesting credentials, and then Spreetail will send two separate emails back: one containing the client ID and another containing the client secret. Clients can also request the revocation or creation of credentials at any time. Your credentials are specific to a specific Tenant in our system and can only access data associated with that particular tenant.

Revoking Secrets

If desired, we can revoke credentials associated with a Client ID. Currently, the process will be to provide you with a new Client ID and Client Secret.
